Since I’ve been there several times already using a Philippine passport, I’m here to make a complete guide on how to get that visa 🙂

Option 1: If you have a visa or residence permit from one of the Schengen countries, or you have a valid US, UK, or Irish visa, then you can submit your application online at www.evisa.gov.tr. I will explain the process below.

OPTION 2: If you do not have any of these visas/residence permits, then you should proceed with the personal application/sticker to exit at the Turkish Embassy in the Philippines at 2268 Paraiso Street, Dasmariñas Village Makati City. If you are in the Middle East, you can easily contact the relevant Turkish consulate. The visa application is simple and straight to the point.

If you meet the following criteria, then you can proceed with Option 1 or Option 3 as described above:

2. You have a return ticket, a hotel reservation, and at least $50 per day of your stay;

4. You have a valid visa OR a valid residence permit for one of the Schengen Countries, USA, UK, or Ireland. Note that electronic visas are not accepted.

STEP 1: Go to visa.gov.tr. Click Apply for an E-Visa and read, understand, and follow the instructions completely. Click on your travel date which is three months from the time of your application. (your e-visa is valid for 180 days from the date of application, and you can stay for no more than 30 days)

STEP 2: Make sure you meet all the above requirements. You must click on the checklist and then fill out the personal information page correctly.

STEP 3: A confirmation link will be sent to your email. Click on approve, and you will be redirected to the payment section.

STEP 4: Proceed with payment of 20.70 USD. You can pay using Mastercard, Visa, or UnionPay Credit Card.

STEP 5: Once you have completed the process, you will be redirected to a page stating that the application is complete and you can download your e-Visa. Just click download, print, and you’re connected to Turkey in no time! 🙂

Before going to the Turkish Embassy in the Philippines, you need to first receive the confirmation email for online appointments by doing the steps below. Without it, you won’t be able to even step into the unique Dasmarinas Village so don’t even bother trying to enter.

STEP 6: Print the email confirmation and take your appointment date along with your passport, a copy of your passport data page, two pcs of 2×2 ID photo, and other requirements as mentioned above.
