Another enthusiast’s kit, for enthusiasts. BDS increases the performance and capability of the 2021 Ford F150 truck with a 4-inch suspension lift kit. Designed to improve attitude, performance and capability, this kit includes everything you need to properly set up your truck with clearance for tires up to 35″.

The kit takes advantage of BDS’s tried-and-true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength and offroad safety while refining the suspension and steering geometry for better on-road handling characteristics. The kit uses high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers at the front, multipiece differential relocation brackets and a skidplate designed for offroad protection. Steering geometry has been revised to a new higher ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These come with supplied sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, supplied hardware and more to provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse.

At the rear, BDS uses high-strength fabricated lift blocks and long U-bolts to level the stance and NX2 Nitro or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty ¼-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmember. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

BDS improves steering geometry at a new higher ride height by using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle designs to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angle for proper function and ESC compatibility.
