Steps To Getting Class B Cdl – Applicants, please follow the steps below to receive your Class B CDL theory training according to FMCSA’s ELDT requirements. This online ELDT theory training course is for candidates who need a Class B driver’s license. This online training will take approximately three to four hours to complete and you may go through the training material as many times as you like.

This online ELDT theory training is approved in all 50 states. Upon completion of the course, you will be issued a Certificate of Completion and entered into the FMCSA’s Training Provider Register (TPR). You will then be able to go down to your state’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV, BMV, SOS, DSD, MVD), then you can take behind the wheel training and driver training. When I started TDI I was quite nervous. But our instructor did a great job teaching us. By the time we were done with all the driving and studying we were very efficient and able to pass our driving test! Lisa and Brian and our instructors Mark are very cool! I have to admit I was a little nervous about driving the final test! But Brian is very skilled and immediately made me feel comfortable. He is very nice and very clear on what to do and how to do it. And he is very patient! I am glad I had the experience I had at TDI. Since graduating I have a Class A CDL, I have also taken the tanker test double and triple the Hazmat test and I passed them all and have these endorsements. I have also applied and am waiting to get my TWIC card back. After a lot of job hunting and deciding what I wanted to do and what path I should take. Because there were many possibilities and many companies wanted me to come and work with them. I chose Swift Transportation. I am going to orientation on Monday for my 2 day orientation. I was looking for HazMat online training and found Midwest Truck Driving School, I liked what I saw, so I looked them up on the list of FMCSA registered OLDT providers, and sure enough there they were. I purchased the Hazmat training, watched the video, and took and passed the test. Unfortunately when I went to my local DMV here in Washington State, they said they do not accept online Hazmat training. And that I had to take a 16 hour course for HazMat. The 16-hour courses offered here in Washington are $300 to $450. So I called MTDS to ask for a refund. At that time Ian (I believe) informed me that his manager had already called me and given me a refund earlier in the day. So I checked my voicemail and sure enough he had called. I checked PayPal and sure enough my money was refunded! Ian had informed me that Washington is the only state out of all 49 states that does not accept Hazmat training online. Washington is stupid!I found the training from MTDS very good and I recommend it to anyone in a state WILL accept the online training! I wondered, when researching MTDS, how they achieved 317-5 star Google reviews. Now I know how. Great training material and great customer service! Thanks guys! I thank you.
