Cold Dam Aeration (CAD) is designed to provide your engine with a large amount of cold air to produce more horsepower and torque. The intake system retains the original air filter area but provides a significant boost with the addition of a large open air element bay protected by Cold Pool panels that help provide a steady, flow-free supply of cool outside air into you. engine. The panel mounts to the factory airbox area and utilizes the existing factory ventilation ducts, while adding additional cold air passages to the filter. The panel also keeps the filter isolated from hot engine room air by sealing it to the underside of the hood via a blade-style vent. This CAD system uses low-restriction intake tubes. The advanced 360 degree washable air filter is washable and reusable, less restrictive than standard paper, and ensures better filtration. Cold Pool Aeration is easy to install with standard hand tools.
