They reached the end of the bumper, it needs to be replaced. Thank god it didn’t break the lights and stuff that would have been hella.

Anyway like I said, I don’t have collision coverage on my insurance (stupid me). So I called my insurance a second time to find out if they could help me. They said NO. So I went ahead and started looking for body shops around me.
I was blown away by these prices. In my opinion, the damage is not too great, so I expect $400-$600.
What do you think? is it too much or should i expect this range? I’m going to shop around before I say yes. What do you think? Anyone having the same problem?
Just drive it as it is. It doesn’t break down mechanically and it won’t make any difference when you trade in because it’s over 10 years old. Save $1000 for your next car.

I thought Comprehensive Coverage kicked in about what happens when your car is parked. And crash if you drive. Maybe I’m wrong. I’m guessing that if you don’t have collision coverage, you may not have comprehensive coverage.
Start looking at junkyards and when you find one with the right color buy it and do it yourself. Have no idea how to do it you should still be able to do it on Saturday.
It’s a basic deal, I won’t pay 1k to fix it. Drive until you die or you get hit again by someone who keeps insurance
