Just make sure your alloy is clean and dry before applying paint.

Several car paints are available at decent prices on e-commerce websites like Amazon. I have had good experience with these from Nippon, but they are only available as aerosol sprays. If you use them, tape newspaper around the spot to prevent overspray on the tire and the rest of the wheel.
