After several years of drought, water utilities in California are considering strategies to maintain irrigation and produce crops using less water. In 2020, Lake County winemaker Dave Rosenthal was almost done with his harvest when wildfires swept through the region, blanketing his grapes with smoke. When the pandemic hit, with concerns about the global food supply chain, Scott and Rayna Farrell got three chickens in their backyard in Contra Costa County. “I didn’t like the idea of not having food,” says Scott Farrell, who runs a construction company. Small chips and cracks can be safely repaired, resulting in significant savings. Repair is the process of applying clear liquid resin to the damaged area. The resin is then cured with ultraviolet light until it hardens. This will restore clarity and strength to the auto glass.
The repair process usually takes 30-60 minutes, is factory sealed and fully guaranteed. If the repair fails, the cost of the repair goes to the replacement.
