For this reason, I’m thinking of replacing only the rear ones. So, can the Bilstein 4600 handle it? Maybe some other brands/brands would be better?
Shock absorbers, other than coilovers or air shocks, are not designed to provide additional lift (coilovers are a different topic entirely). They will provide a firmer, more responsive ride, but I wouldn’t count on them to lift the rear of your truck any higher in the air. The Bilstein in the back won’t take away the overloaded sag. Now the extra springs or airbags will do what you want.

The reason Bilstein front shocks give you lift is because the shock tube itself has an adjustable locking ring designed to set the lower spring mount at different levels. You probably didn’t want to know all of this, but I believe that as people read about Bilstein lift, there is room for confusion about rear end setup.
They dampen (verb), in this case restraining the frequency or movement of the spring. (coil, sheet, etc.)
So you could argue that the shock absorber (damper) is not capable of lifting or even holding a load as far as the rear suspension of our F150s is concerned.
What a good damper WILL do for an F150 under load is reduce the “pogo” feeling that the stock shocks allow. They may be satisfactory for an empty truck while limiting the spring rates in up-and-down motion, but I think they do a poor job of damping under heavier leaf spring loads.
Ford F 150 To Add New Options Making Towing And Hauling Easier
Airbags would certainly do the trick, but I’d also suggest looking into an optional set of flaps or something like Hellwig’s helper springs, which might add more help than my optional flapper kit.
I chose “Add Sheet” for several reasons. I was originally looking for something to raise the rear about an inch and a half since I had set the front to 2.5. I knew a travel trailer was in my future, so I thought I could kill two birds with one stone and raise the rear end while also getting some cargo capacity.
I chose the “Add Sheet” option because it’s cheaper than bags, super easy, just set it and forget it. Bags require more complex installation, are more expensive, require adjustment, etc.
I recently purchased a camper and before hooking up my WDH I took on about 900 lbs of load on the tongue which caused the truck to drop 2.5 inches leaving the truck sitting pretty level with the front lift at 2.5 inches. This allowed me to weigh 6,200 pounds out of a 6,500-pound gross weight.

I was very pleased with how the truck handled the camper with my WDH and AAL. I don’t feel like my unloaded ride is affected at all, and if anything it corners a little better.
I bought an Autospring AAL which requires £950 of assistance. Hellwig helper springs are rated up to 2,500 lbs (iirc). I bought mine from @Jason@Stage3.

The job of ABSORBERS is to simply absorb shocks/bounces/bounces, etc. Hence the name SHOCK ABSORBERS.

I’ve had great success with the 4600s…..they will help with the sagging but won’t cure it. As mentioned they will help with rebound and such, overall a much better shock for the rear than stock…..
Camper under warranty = long wait time. The new water heater should arrive today and the camper may be back by Thursday….
The camper is a Bullet Colt, dry weight – 3 thousand, maybe 3500 with our luggage. No WDH, truck/camper doesn’t even flinch when big trucks pass (when approaching).
