Unfortunately, China does not have an official digital nomadic visa. It is forbidden to work remotely in China without the correct one. To run a business, you need to get an M visa. Many digital nomads have reported traveling to Korea with this visa without any issues, but governments can crack down at any time and you could be blacklisted from the country.
To get a work permit, you must work for a South Korean company or a company that has a branch in South Korea. The company you work for can sponsor you for a visa.
