You can now connect two cords to the hood so that when the hood is raised, the tonneau cover will be raised.

My Cherokee came with one of these. More of a shade than a shelf, but it works well. I think it’s cool that someone made one for the Renegade, I certainly wouldn’t pay that much for a factory one. With very small rear windows, color shades and a small trunk, I don’t think it’s necessary. It’s very difficult to see into my trunk, not to mention it can negatively affect the sound of the Beats subwoofer.

Very cool! My dealer gave me a line about only Trailhawks coming with the fairing because all other models require drilling to install the hardware or different side panels to mount/attach.

I made a cover for $10 – I bought a black sheet and some velcro. It can be folded quite small when not needed.
