Life has been a wild ride, and lately, it’s been throwing some curveballs my way. Hitting nails on our new house, constantly pursuing my career, printing dino d**s, and getting ready for baby number two (due in February!), things are crazier than drunks in Beer Can Alley at Outlaw Trails!! So, with a slightly heavy heart, I decided to hit the pause button on the 304 Offroad for a while.

Evolution Powersports has added another weapon to our exhaust arsenal for the Polaris XP Pro. Our slip on “MAGNUM” exhaust is designed to flow freely for maximum power gain. It has a deep exhaust note that makes the turbo 925cc parallel twin sound like a big bore V-twin without being loud. The reason our exhausts sound so good is because we manufacture the exhaust can itself – a capability very few in the industry have. It is constructed of thick wall 304 stainless and TIG welded. Our unique packing system is designed to last the life of the vehicle. The flange that meets the ohm down pipe is 3/8″ thick and never warps. A spark arrestor is incorporated in the design. On a stock tuned machine, our exhaust gives you about 3 wheel horsepower over stock!

The prices are fair and the performance you receive is unreal!!The Evolution Powersports RZR 1000s/regular “Magnum” exhaust is designed to flow better than stock and give your vehicle a louder aggressive look and sound. More flow means more power. The EVP Magnum Exhaust is constructed of stainless steel for durability and looks. Because of its canister design, it sounds great without being too loud.

The prices are fair and the performance you receive is unreal!!Deciding which market Polaris RZR Exhausts, Polaris RZR Turbo Exhausts and Polaris RZR 4 Exhausts is the best is a difficult task. And when it boils down to it, there really isn’t a single “best” exhaust. It’s just a matter of opinion, some riders choose Polaris RZR exhausts based on the sound they produce and other riders choose Polaris RZR exhausts based on the performance gains they provide. In states like Maine, it is illegal to run an aftermarket UTV exhaust, and many trails, towns and ORV parks have banned the use of aftermarket UTV exhausts due to the loud noises they emit. Nevertheless, it’s not uncommon to see riders with straight pipes that make their Razors sound like a big-block Chevy. And if you don’t like your neighbors, you might think that the louder your exhaust, the better. But whether you want to play a little game of “the cops are coming in 20 minutes” with your neighbors, or you just want to go fast on the Acquit Polaris RZR Exhaust without being asked, here are our thoughts on the best aftermarket exhausts and exhausts. If a loud exhaust is music to your ears, there are several options that will give you the sound output you want.
