6in Lift Kit Ford F150 – BDS increases the performance and capabilities of 2021 Ford F150 trucks with 6-inch coil-over suspension lift kits. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks designed specifically for bolt-on performance to increase ride and ability to absorb the roughest terrain along with smooth road comfort. This kit includes everything you need to properly set up your F150 truck with clearance for up to 37″ tires.

This kit takes advantage of BDS’s proven high-rise design for improved ground clearance, strength and off-road protection, while correcting the suspension and steering geometry for excellent on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit uses FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks with remote reservoir, high-arch 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate designed for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected to the new higher ride height with a pair of massive CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These, combined with the supplied sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, supplied hardware and more provide a complete front suspension lift ready for use and abuse.

In the rear the BDS uses high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer U-bolts to lift and level the stance along with perfectly tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

FOX 2.5 coil-overs are available with optional DSC (dual-speed compression) adjustment to optimize high- and low-speed compression damping allowing for greater control on the road with the ability to easily dial in more aggressive damping off-road. Fine-tuning is a simple twist of two clearly defined knobs with instant feedback to adapt it to any terrain.

BDS maximizes ground clearance with its laser-cut heavy-duty crossmembers that are 1/4 inch thick and perfectly tailored. Paired with a system of front skid plates that bolt together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

BDS corrects the steering geometry at the new higher ride height using a pair of high strength CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper operation and ESC compatibility.
