Please note that the Rocky Road Lift kit is the only Mopar/Jeep approved kit. Every other Patriot lift on the market today is just a sub-par copy of our original kit design, now made in China. No matter how “American” the company selling them sounds, the other kits are all made cheaply in China, completely inferior in construction, and also never used or approved by Jeep / Mopar.

Clearance is the main reason we started working on this system. The Patriot has the worst undercarriage clearance in any class…even with 4WD. Even a stupid stock Subaru can get you farther than a Jeep Patriot, which isn’t true. Rocky Road has a cure for the stock Patriot blues though…
So whether you’re looking to get some daylight under your rig for an offroading adventure, or just want to turn your Jeep into a head-turning machine, Rocky Road has you covered. It’s not a stiff ride, it’s not a bad CV angle, nothing, but the quality of the ride is very good, they’ve always been…. just a bit high.

While every dealer has their own interpretation (some will sell a lifted and heavily modified Jeep straight off the showroom floor, others fear even replacing your floor mats), the rule of thumb is that only the modified parts are affected. by any means. By leaving your factory suspension intact and only adding external struts/springs/shocks, you haven’t modified any parts to affect performance. You get a great Jeep and keep the factory service warranty. Click this YouTube link to check out the MOPAR ‘True North’ Jeep, decked out in ROCKYROAD. Used 2015 Jeep Patriot For Sale In Amherst, Oh 44001
I just installed a set of 225 / 75R16 on mine today and through all the movements even tested with a forklift without rubbing, But I used 1.25 “spacers (actually 5×4.5 to 5×5 adapters like I use a set of stock JK. sports wheels). They work well and the speedometer even stays in range.
Colonel_Reb, if you have a newer Patriot it should be fine. I have an ’08 and I get a very thin rub. I’m just aware of the limits and drive easily. I expect to be done with those tires in another month or so.
I just had BF Goodrich TA KO2 235/70/16 with Pro Comp 7069 (with – 12 Offset) on my 2010 Patriot. They have to crush the triangle thingy with a hammer to fit people (sorry I don’t know how to explain. this is correct in language English). My pat goes well with them.
