It’s time to hang with the big boys. You can’t help but stand out with this 6″ lift kit that clears 35″ tires. Get the look and performance you want from the 1997-2003 Ford F150 4WD. Another kit by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts. BDS boosts the performance and capabilities of the 2021 Ford F150 trucks with a 6-inch suspension lift kit. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks that are specifically designed for bolt-on performance for longer travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain along with smooth road comfort. This kit includes everything needed to properly set up your F150 truck with up to 37″ tire clearance.
This kit takes advantage of BDS’s tried and true high clearance design for improved ground clearance, durability and off-road protection, while correcting the suspension and steering geometry for excellent on-road handling characteristics. Up front, the kit uses FOX 2.5 shocks with a remote reservoir, high-arch 1/4-inch steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential shift arms, and a skid plate designed for off-road protection. The steering geometry is corrected to the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the supplied sway bar offset brackets, brake line brackets, camshaft alignment bolts, supplied hardware and more provide a complete front suspension lift ready for use and abuse.
In the rear BDS uses high-strength machined lifter blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance along with perfectly tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.
FOX 2.5 coils are available with an optional DSC (Dual Speed Compression) setting to adjust high-speed and low-speed compression damping, allowing for added control on the road with the option to easily switch to more aggressive off-road damping. Tuning is a simple twist of the two clearly defined knobs with instant feedback for dialing in any terrain.
